Curbside Commuter’s investment is separated into 4 main categories:

The average cash needed to open a Curbside Commuter store, after financing, ranges from $60,000 – $90,000. At ElectroBike we understand that Cash is King, so we put together an in-house bicycle floor plan program and an initial accessories deferred purchase program for qualified franchises in order to reduce the amount of cash required to open an ElectroBike store.

Additionally, we offer an in-house store-in-a-box lease program for qualified franchises, which will help you defer a cash purchase approximately USD $30,000.00


FAQs.

How much does it REALLY cost to open a store?
The final cost of opening a store depends on several factors: your local market prices and conditions (especially for rent and buildout costs), the size of your location, the shape of your location, and the initial lease agreement terms, and whether you qualify for inventory floor plan and store-in-a-box financing. The stores we have opened range between $60,000 – $90,000 in cash investment, fora total investment of between $90-$125,000


How big is my territory?
Your designated area will be between 3 and 5 miles driving distance from the location of your store.


Where can I open a store?
We are currently open in all US and Mexico markets and are looking for master franchises in Canada, Western Europe, Australia, and Latin America.


Are all international markets available?
Our current available international markets are Mexico, Canada, Western Europe, Australia and Latin America.


Do I have to be full time hands-on?
Although you are not forced to be an owner-operator, we highly suggest it. Otherwise (and for our multi-pack franchises), we require experienced personnel to run the store(s). Most of our multi-unit owners still retain their full-time jobs.


Will you help me find a location and negotiate a lease?
We will help you in the process of finding a suitable location and negotiating the lease, although we won’t hit the streets with you. We have relationships with experienced brokers across the country, and a very experienced operations and franchising team that will walk you through the approval process.


Will I receive ongoing training and support?
Absolutely! In addition to our hands-on, on-site training in one of our corporate stores, we will send a team to help you a week before and a week after your soft open, and during your grand opening.
